from memory it just needs to be lifted (thats if you still have a normal viscous fan not thermos)up as the fan will hit the shroud as the body is lifted. Sometimes you can use shroud holes and fix to radiator or vice versa or use some small flat plates to use original holes.

Im sorry i can remember exactly on the 80

if you have a turbo you will have to extend the intake pipe from the air filter to the turbo.

yep bullbar needs lifting, standard rear bumperets r unable to be lifted easily so a custom rear bar or put up with gap.

Lower the whole radiator no just the shrould other wise the part of the fan is wasted below the radiator and the hoses don't reach. U could just get longer hoses off something else but it's nice to know that standard toyota hoses will fit when u blow 1 out the back of burke!

Steering rod will hit fire wall with increased angle. I just cut a bigger hole and filled the top so it still seals up. Streering slip joints should have enough in em to reach (Just)

Gear leavers may need bending. (mine didn't)

All ur brake lines and stuff will reach just watch em in the coils as u lift and help em streatch as u lift it. Fuel system is all attatched to the body!

I allowed myself a full wkend to do the job by myself and found it pretty easy. 2 ppl would be much easier. Don't forget to loosen everything b4 u start, streering, remove radiator hoses etc.

Good luck with it:)
