Guys, I have a Kyosho FW-05T R/C car up for sale. It was purchased brand new in September 06.

Car comes complete, ready to run.

Car has had both gears replaced (Its a 2 speed car) and comes with new wheels and tyres still in packaging, spare batteries and plenty of fuel.

I have spent a bit on this car, it comes with two bodies, the first being the WRX shell it came with, but it also has an E46 BMW M3 shell.

Paid $600 for this new. Looking to get around $300 for it, price negotiable.

Well, you wouldn't bloody believe it...

I bought gvzook's Nitro RC car, took it home and left it in the boot of the car. Finishing work tonight I grabed a case on the way to a mates place (a unit with parking for several cars out the back) and went outside to the car park.

Check batteries, add fuel, prime engine, glow plug, start - first go, sweet! Warm it up a bit, then...

Drive it six metres away from me at bugger all throttle, turn around drive back to me, slow turn around, drive one metre and get run over by the neighbour's Mazda 626.

Bent chassis (now hammered back into shape), broken starter housing, broken rear diff input (engine munched drive shaft snapping input), broken front engine mount. Managed to jury rig it and have another go - however front wheel drive RC cars just drive too wierd for me! Thought about swapping front and rear diff bits but it reminded me all to much of the bloody Hilux and besides, footy was nearly on!

Oh well. And, thanks gvzook for suggesting places I can get replacement parts!
