OzRockCrawlers proudly presents the inaugural Mannell Motors CrawlerKhana 04 to be held on August 28 and 29, 2004 at Colo Heights

The committee organising our event is well known to many of the 4WD clubs. Chris Chapman, Russell & Wendy Eadon have been involved in the organisation of the Nissan Trials and Willowglen Challenge from its inception

Our Event has 8 stages for two classes of four-wheel drives. Stages have been designed to avoid damage to competing vehicles. The competition requires real driver skill to score maximum points over two fun filled days. The event is designed to fill the void for the many 4WD club members to compete in only standard and slightly modified 4WD's.

With over $4,000 worth of prizes, the competition is expected to receive over 150 entries and some clubs have already entered 10 team members.
Located at the SORRA property (Home of the Nissan Trials) on the Putty Road, Colo Heights, 60 km’s north of Windsor. The property has 250 acres, which has been specifically set up for many forms of off road competitions such as the Mannell Motors CrawlerKhana 04 with ample camping sites, toilets and plenty of firewood, all of which can be accessed by a 2WD vehicle and full sized caravans.

There will be a food stall (hot food and drinks) on site and plenty of parking for day visitors. Should you run low on vital requirements (booze and bread) Colo Heights, is only 15 minutes away.

The OzRockCrawlers will host a happy hour at the bon fire on Saturday evening, which is where you can meet the competitors, and hear the "tales of woe" about the day’s events.

So come and join the fun, bring the tent and stay the night or picnic it for the day because it would be a real shame to miss 2 days of fun 4WD action.

Vehicle Classes
All vehicles entered must have Third Party Property or Full Comprehensive Insurance. Please note a cover note will not be accepted. Unfortunately I cannot make this one, but it looks like I will be at the Nissan Trials later this year at the same location as team manager for Central Coast 4WD Club team.

No Worries

The reason it was deleted was that it had some content that went against the grain of the forum.

We have removed the offending content & resubmitted.

i didn't see the offending post either...... ::) wouldn't it have been easier to remove the offending post/posts rather than remove the entire thread?

I think the offending bit was in the original post about the event, it mentioned 4x4 Australia and offroad images.

The offending post was the openning post.
Cannot be removed without removing the entire thread.

We have discussed the course of action for the next time.

Let's get back to the discussion regarding the event, not the way the forum is run. ;)
