Hi guys and gals,
Casper (Sierra in Members rig) has a soft top and it leaks a bit (a lot) in the rain. Thank god it's been rainig in Brisbane for the last 48 hours. Anyway, what can I use in the seams to stop the leaking. I have tried wax etc but does not really work that well. I'm sure there is some type of either spray on or sick of something that could help.

Any advise would be great . Cheers all :drink:

have you tried the silicon camping shops sell for the tent seams?

WAPROO water proof spray - available at your local camping or kmart store.

Dubbin, we used it on our snow boots when I worked on Mt Buller 20 years ago ( jeez time flies )

Gday Bruce

I use "Ducks Back" on my canvass and seams. Its for retreating Drizabones which is initally what I bought it for. Also I have made a couple of roof bows out of flexi fiberglass tent poles that fit between the windscreen frame and the mid frame, this stops the dreadded rooftop pool from empting on you when you go to get in. Havent found a suitable fix for along the windscreen frame yet though.
