There should be a captive nut under the floor, but the long side pieces I seem to remember only have one bolt at the front on each side. It should be fairly obvious if you work from the very back of the car forwards (back door in towards the seats.) I haven't looked, and can't rightly remember exactly how it goes there, so take this as being worth the paper it's written on. I'll have a look tomorrow and then check to see how you've gone, so post up if you've solved it!
Sorry I can't be more specific at this stage.
Cheers

Hey 4Ever, the front xmember plate bolts into the bolt holes that should have a captive nut underneath hard up against the side of the interior trim and right forward on the seam above the dip that allows 3rd row passengers to have any foot room. You need to use the spacers that are around 12mm thick to lift it up to the same level as the rest of the support rails. Make sense? The bolts are single bolts on either side, and if you don't have captive nuts underneath the car, you'll hafta get a nut up and under there somehow, shouldn't be too hard if you can get a second person to help, almost impossible on your own!
Anyhow, hope that helps some, it is a hole that would normally be used by the Std Rear Bench Seat bracket on the DX's, so if yours isn't one of them, there shouldn't be anything in it and you'll need the 12mm spacers; if it is, there'll be a smaller spacer, about 5-8mm that should go in on top of the seat bracket. But you can see why there should be a captive nut underneath too, I'm sure.
Over to you!
