I am after some opinions on the best swag to get. I have to following requirements.
1. Needs to be a double for the wife and I
2. Needs to be able to be opened up fully so we can use it as a bed in the tent when we go camping with the kids.
3. Needs to be as weather proof as most swags when I am wheelin' by myself.
4. I need to be able to get it within 24 hours in Sydney!
I have not yet had a chance to have a look round the camping stores but if poeple can help narrow the search it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

I bought my Bluey double swag ten years ago and it is still in great condition. I think i bought it wholesale for only about $230 so it may be worth checking them out. Not sure if you can do it in Sydney but try googling Bluey Swags?
Get hold of Bob Burridge. 42723705. He's in Kembla Grange.
Try a Darche double (website needs an update) - Horsley Park gunshop are stockists!!! (wherever that is - Syd somewhere)

You can get the updated infor on Darche Swags here at www.saulswags.com.au (http://www.saulswags.com.au).
I was looking at getting the Superdome ($335 including freight) to replace my Bluey XL but decided on a Jolly Swag Sundowner (www.swag.com.au (http://www.swag.com.au)) as my local Camping World have a 25% off sale ATM and it only cost me $246.25:D.
The Sundowner doesn't have access via the shooters window though whereas the Superdome does

I'm with Griz. We have 3 swags from Bob Burridge, a 3/4 each for the wife and I and a single for the youngest. Best investment out. Very comfortable. He will post the swag anywhere.
Mate you can't go past the southern cross swags.
I've got a double & the Mrs & I LOVE it. It supports itself (no tieing ropes off to trees, poles, etc & they're a quality Australian family owned & made swag.

We spent 3 weeks straight in it on a trip through the High Country then a week right after that down @ Robe in Sth Oz aswell as the many weekend trips away on our hunting & 4wd trips. It's a great swag @ a great price ;)

Jolly Swag is the brand I went for. Check it out at: http://www.jollyswags.swag.com.au/
Awesome quality, but not cheap. I got a Shiralee double. They used to sell them at Rays, but they can't sell the well made AUstralian swags anymore. Appears that they only sell the imports now (Chinese and the like).
