hey all just got one of these unit's and would like to no if you can load bush map's on to it. it has a sd card also

Acording to the Uniden literature the SD Card slot is not used for extra maps but for multimedia, sound, videos and pictures. It appears that Uniden feel that their million odd points of interest is more than anyone would need. They do offer map data updates through their website which you use the SD Card supplied to load, though there is no mention of a way to upload map data or information that you have already.

Much the same I'm afraid. Can only update/upload with official Navman maps.

You should be looking at things like the Navman PIN 570 which you can load up with OziExplorerCE and any maps that you like.
