View Full Version : Spare wheel holder
I'm looking for a spare wheel holder off the back of a cruiser to adapt to the back of the Deo.... the spare don't fit underneath now..... and it takes up too much room in the ute.
I reckon we have ourselves here a welding project my boy ;D ;D
mmm, rear bar to protect the underbody ;D ;D ;D ;D

Roe,
Do you want a bar with a "swing-away" wheel carrier?

Check out the Pathy ones & the surf ones.
One of them may be adapatble to fit a Rodeo & don't require a lot of modification to fit.
Some wreckers may have them too ;)
Yeah i know most wreckers do....... but half the time, their parts are over priced.... i thought i would try and get one privately first ;) often far cheaper ;D
I still reckon we fab one up outta tube man. Heaps cheaper $$$

Wouldn't mind some contact details. I had a mate up here who said he'll have a crack at it, but is not confident at doing a good job.
So I'thinking of saving some $$ and paying someone to do a proper job. I'm just going to be modifying the std. manifold so it will involve welding cast iron, which I've heard is a bit of an art.
I will get ya some deets asap mate ;D
