Diff gears at so on

I got this friend right, who's attempting to build an RC thing/beast using a whipper snipper motor driving some medium sized sort of pneumatic wheels. His snag at the moment is where to get some diff gears from.

Does anyone know where you can get small but strong metal diff gears from?

Maybe something out of a 4wheel motorbike might do the trick

I would like to do the same thing in the future. Have an update?? I was thinking if i did it i would make my own axels with straight-cut gears from a motorbike or something similar. Try a engineering shop for gears.
