OZTENT Customer Service

3 weeks ago I paid for and ordered a new Oztent with accessories from BFC at Gateshead Newcastle. While I was there they rang Oztent direct and they told BFC it was in stock and would take approx 10 days! I rang BCF today (3weeks later) who inturn rang Oztent, to be told they were ouy of stock and it would be 2 months till they had more stock! Not a happy camper OZTENT!!!!

dont stress mate it is worth the wait :) i have a oztent RV5 its great but i waited untill the 4wd show to get one and called them a few weeks in advance so they could bring one down with my name on it, they are a great product

Rosehill show is on right now. Worth a look? maybe try another retailer who might have one in stock?

Sound like they rang Oztent to check stock then didnt send them an order. Most businesses wont send stock with out an order

Mate check stock availability through the show or another retailer. I used to work for a scuba store that would always take 100% deposit then not order the item for some time because their account was overdue with that supplier and they were on stop credit. It sh1t me so much I quit.

mate, id give chris mercieca-general manager of amazon(oz tent) a call on (02)9757 4466.we have an oz tent that had a split in the seem,spoke to chris at the camping/caravan show bout 18 months ago and he got straight onto it for us.if you want something done do it yourself.better yet get on the trading post or ebay there always on theses sites for sale at a decent price.like everyone says once youve got it there bloody excellent.tell them you want your money back and will take your business elsewhere.

Anyone who purchases an RV3 Oztent with the theroy that it will fit on your 2.1 meter roofrack... be warned the specs of the tent say that it fits into a 2 meter long bag when in fact it wont even fit on my 2.1 meter roofrack. Not happy oztent. Now I have to put it corner to corner.:mad:

i got an oztrail 6v, came without poles, took it abck to rangers where i bought it and they rang oztent for me, 3 days later i had the poles to suit and a $100 gift voucher, i only paid 129 for the tent to begin with

Never had any problems with Oztent, ring them direct, speak with the service manager and couldn't be any more helpful....
