Serial Port Diagnostic Tool

This is a little tool that I use foe many things when checking serial communications, abd Its also handy for checking the info your gps is spitting out and finding the settings as the baud rate, parity, etc can all be changed while you connected until you get the right settings.
Simple little program, doesn't need installation, just unzip the .exe file and run it
