Hi,
Is there anyone using a garmin PDA with ozi explorer?

I am thinking about getting one, I have just sold my meridfian gold and still have an old waterproof garmin but was after something that I could down load to easily with differentmaps. the thing that turns me off getting a explorist with sdram is that i have been told that you can only use the sdram in that unit and it is not upgradable if you were to change GPS. Hence i sold the meridian. Coulour is one of my pre requisites and good map detail.

I would love to hear from anyone who has a 3200, 3600 but especially the M5 with the additional sdram and ozi explorer.

thanks in advance
Alan

I have the Garmin IQue M4 with it running Oziexplorer and find it great, seems to do the job nicely, very acturate and fairly simple to use, although im still coming to grips with Ozi, haha.

If your looking for one i'd be looking to buy through www.gpsoz.com.au they had mine $160 cheaper than anywhere else and have great back up service. Although i found this out after i bought it! :(

Any questions and ill try and answer them...
