GU Snorkel on GQ

I was reading Australian 4WD MONTHLY No. 45 on a SWB Ford Maverick (GQ) it has a factory GU nissan snorkel on it. Are they easy to fit to a GQ as the factory GU snorkel are cheaper and look better than the GQ one.
