Navman repairs

Hi all, just passing on my experience with navman and a warranty repair. I sent my gps/pda back for a simple repair. The unit is only 3months old and i could of had it fixed myself but didnt want to void my warranty. It was sent back and i was told i would have it back within 10 working days. After the 10days went i called them and was told another 5 days. On this 5th day i was told it would be replaced with another unit but i have to wait 4 weeks. Not Happy! I use this every day for work and have been missing it badly. I cant se why they dont repair them.
Has anyone else had dealings with them?

Had had a drama with his PiN, took them 3 months to replace it.
