I have a good plug set that I swear by.
but I have always wondered about the sealant packs that are about.
These are ment to be sprayed into the tyre to seal it up from puntures.

Has anyone ever used these or seen them used and what was the result.
Maybe it is something that can be tested in the mag as well.
sounds like a good review topic. the only thing i had some for, was for my push bike 5 yrs ago and it wasn't real flash :'(

Tried a similar product a few years ago called Holts Tyre repair, which inflates & repairs as well.
This was OK as a tempory repair & from what I can remember I had to drive @ a certain speed until I could get a proper repair done.
I guess it is like most things, handy for emergency repairs, but I wouldn't depend on it as a long term fix.

I've used the holts stuff and it works OK for small repairs but are only a tempary fix to get somwhere to get the tyre fixed. Most places will actually charge you more to fix the tyre when this stuff is used as they have to clean it out before they fix the tyre.

I used to use that Holts stuff all the time when I was a m/cycle courier, and no, tyre places don't like dealing with the stuff. But it used to work for me.
