Photo problems

Hey does anyone know how to downsize photos cause mine are the right width and length but they are around 130 to 140kb but the website limit for that type of file is 97kb. Any help would be great.

I find it easiest to resize a COPY (i keep the original) of my photo using photoshop (or any similar photo program) to 640x480. I then upload it to an image hosting site. i created my own account on www.photobucket.com for free, and all my internet photos are stored there. I then just copy & paste the corresponding [img] link to my post and the photo shows up.
