G'day all,

Heres me 2003 Hilux Dual Cab V6. Bought it brand new and done a few things to it over the years as listed below. Have tried to sell it a few times whe lost motivation and have changed my mind a few times when I found that motivation again.

Heres what it's got :

Suspension has been raised 2inches front and back
Tough dog springs, Ironman Foam cell shock absorbers, polyeurethane bushes, 4-way return to centre steering dampner
16x7" White Sunraysia wheels 5 of them
265/75x16 BF-Goodrich All-Terrain Tyres 5 of them (equivalent in size to 32"/11x16")
Colour coded flares on the guards
Snorkel
Custom engineered Extreme-Duty bullbar, has 6 mounts for spotlights and CB aerial,
Currently Sporting a pair of Lightforce XGT spot-lights (pencil beam) & 2 140W Spread Spot-lights & CB aerial.
Dual Side-Rails with a checker-plate side-steps
Custom made heavy-duty Bash-plate to protect front diff and suspension
Custom built checker-plate rear-step with towbar and quarter panel protector bars.
Upgraded headlights Narva 65watt low-beam and 100 watt high beam
Rear-facing 140W spotlights 2 of them
Tub Liner
TJM Chrome Rollbar with spot-lights mounts
Custom Made Tonneau cover to suit roll-bar
Pioneer detachable CD player 55x4 channel
Four 6" 4-way 180watt speakers
Mark's Adapters 2 setting adjustable speedo ratio box (This was put in to adjust the speedo correctly after putting on oversize tyres. It allows you two setting to adjust for-e.g you have setting A for you small everyday tyres for economical driving and setting B is for larger diameter Mud-terrain tyres for weekend fun, without ****ing up the speedo)
Tinted Windows
Paint and Rust Protection from Ming
2nd battery in the tray in a cecker-plate toolbox with solenoid and a seperate swith on the dash
Extended diff. breathers

Future mods I'd like to do are:

either a 4" IFS lift or an extra 2"body lift
33/12.5 x 15 MTR's on black sunraysias
some sort of front and rear lockers (probably detroit)
changing the diff ratios from 4.1 to 1 to 4.56 to 1
at a later stage again, some sort of engine swap, the V^ bloody drinks!

P.S. If anyone is interested in the bar work on me rig, bull bar, bash plate, side-rails and steps and reap step, contact me and make a reasonable offer, around the 700-800 mark. (cost me a mint to get)

Max.

It will fit 98 to 2004 models. as they share the exact same tub and the only differences in the body with the update was the slightly longer and curved grill on the front the rest physically is the same.

im in melbourne by the way if it makes a difference or helps.

hey sava,

yeah sounds good. Just give me as much notice as you can when you got a definite date, not the night before via your brother......not really adequate time to prepare if you know what I mean.
take care.
