STOLEN TRAILER ADELAIDE

Hi, my trailer was stolen last night from off the back of my truck in Happy Valley. I had just yesterday afternoon picked up a cage i had had built for it.

Rego: YGF490
VIN: 6N4MODERN5TC13779


8 x 5 green trailer with checkerplate bottom and front & rear tailgates. The front and rear tailgates come off to attach at the back as ramps.

It has 2 Jockey wheel clamps on the one side. It is a "Modern" trailer and has the "Modern" name on the mudflaps

The cage is 1.2metres tall and is black. It has a right to left swing gate.

Don't hi-jack my thread to argue about suburb-racism. A person would very wise to check north AND south.

A lot of people have told me to check north because everyone assumes that you wouldn't nick something so big and keep it close by.

i get $1000 back on ins. Cost be $2200 to order another. With the short fall and the cost of the cage from the other day - all up it's gonna cost me$1,800 to buy a trailer I already had.

erm... they were comments about theives not stealing from their next door neighbours because it'd f#$^ing stupid to park your freshly stolen trailer in a driveway that the guy who you stole it from drives past twice a day. ::) nothing about northern people... do all northern people have such a chip on their shoulder?

The northern suburbs people are a bit paranoid methinks. Slinga mentioned other areas too, but no one from the western suburbs (or elswhere) has complained. I though it fairly obvious from his post that he thought the tea leaf was from somewhere/anywhere other than the local area.
