iv got a 40 iv been building for a few years, and am planning to do a springover (mounts r tack welded in place), body lift, engine steering etc, and im looking for an engineer who will certify a custom fourby. ne help is greatly appreciated

Check out Cheezy racing m8 he is the guru when it comes to this. He does alot of custom work and gets is engineered he will tell you what the go is. Cheezy is in Kilsyth just up from pick-a-part on the other side of canturbury rd.

Try TOTAL 4X4 in Epping, not sure of the number but it would be in the white pages, right near epping plaza.

Or check out the rear section of 4WD Monthly Mag ::) and give a few places a call.

Kevin Williams is an engineer I have sent many people too with much success, and they have all been happy.

He also engineered some of my vehicles, he is in Plenty which is between Eltham and Greensborough [In Vic] as you didnt sate where you were....

12456 directory assistance and ask for Williams at plenty will get you connected to his No.

He may sound disinterested at first, but you can tell him Darren McRae reffered you.

Why we are on the topic of eng certs, does any one know any engineers in Western Australia,

And what qualifications do you have to become a engineer ( Automobile wise )

Do you need it for rego or something.

My previous zook was Sprung Over, I had no drama's from the police.

What about the possibility of getting it engineered SPUA but with the mounts setup so you can flip it to SPOA, then if you get pinged switch it back to SPUA and it complies with the certificate once more.

(Did I make any sense)

i'm in Vic, just going through the application phases now to do eng certificates, just that i might need 1 more year design experience before they give it to me

Hey fun-toy, your 100, were you looking at a set of 100 16x10 alloys there about 12 months ago, while they were working on your car?

If so they were mine ;)
