1HZ clutch in a 1HD-T tranny?

I have a 4.0L turbo diesel (1HD-T) engine out of a 1992 Landcruiser that I bought without a flywheel. I also bought an H151 5 speed which is still on its way from overseas (I live in the US). My buddy in WA has also bought me a 1HZ flywheel. I already have a spare 1HZ clutch kit.

Would the 1HZ clutch disc fit the input shaft of the 1HD-T transmission? Would the 1HZ flywheel work with the turbo diesel?

I was told the clutch disc is smaller (10 inch vs 12 inch). I don't really mind running the smaller clutch as in North America we don't get the Toyota turbo diesel engines.
