You took a pic at the beach with no camel toes, at least not without major eye strain.
(No I am not asking for them to be posted, as this is not a porn site)

nice photo RoeDao... but wat is with the copyright at the bottom left hand corner
I put the copyright there ;D cuz i took the pic.... and some unscrupulous S.O.B might try to utilise it for their own gain hehe I am digitally watermarking it too...... that'll fix em!! :D

Did you throw a chip in front of the camera? ;D ;D ;D

What I do to post a pic, is as follows (pretty simple stuff once you get used to it)
Before you start, you will need to get your picture(s) hosted on a website somewhere & be able to view those files through the internet. (like www.offroader.com.au/overlander)
1, Find the URL of a picture.
What I do to get this is find a pic, right click on it & select properties. The full url path will be shown.
Click & drag over this (including the http part) & once the full path is hightlighted, right click again & select copy.
2, Put the link into your message
You can do this by right clicking on the text part of the screen (where you can type) & select paste.
3, Now you want to make the url into a picture.
Click & drag over the full url path you have just pasted in, highlighting it.
Then click on the http://www.4wdmonthly.com.au/forum/YaBBImages/img.gif button.
To test it, click on Preview.

Thanx Baby Troupe, but I've got to say there is nothing simple about it.
I also have a pic of the same beach, it's Nobbys Beach BTW, that I'm pretty pleased with so I'll try to post it.

Nice Pic Kelly.

The food is bloody fantastic & good value too.

Here is a non 4b pic taken on a 4b trip just last weekend, it is the build up to the wet season up here, I hope this kinda captures what it is like.
Snapped on the wife's little digital
http://home.iprimus.com.au/d_olsen/images/panorama.jpg
nice pic!! i love those kind of shots :)
Thanks RoeDao, tell me what did you shoot the seagull pic on?
Transparency? Fuji? Digital?. love the colours, nicely saturated!
I shot it on a Canon IXUS330 Digital..... on high resolution. The colours have been touched up with Photoshop, i do them manually rather than letting the program auto adjust them. I also edited a few people out of the beach in the foreground... it kinda spoiled the feel of it. I'll post a couple of before and after pics ;) i love what you can do with photoshop.
Before:

After:
http://www.vistawebdesigns.com/4wdpics/after.jpg
the picture looks far better after ya tinker with the colours and the sharpness.... I have others that would prolly show a bigger difference, i just need to find them amongst the 100,000 plus files on my computer :-X
roe, if you ever wanna sell the pic to ppl, be sure to call it nobby's beach.

Been to Adelaide River myself when I was in Darwin. Makes me wonder, they "train" those crocs to jump for the Pork, meanwhile there a fisherpersons (PC sucks >:() sitting a tinny on the river, sucking piss and generally full of good cheer fishing. How long before one of those crocs works out the correlation between jumping and the soft centred but crunchy people sitting in the tinnies :o
What ya gonna do in Darwin?
yeah we wondered the same thing ourselves, and have vowed not to go fishing on the adelaide river :-\
although it was awesome to watch
not sure what we're gunna do in darwin yet..
but definately be careful about fishing ;D
Plenty of work and opportunity in Darwin. You will land on your feet mate.

thanks mate.. yeah we've got a good feling about darwin, and we've always kept a good eye on the job situation there, and i don't think we'll have any problems.
we're looking fwd to getting back to real life ;D
Mate, Darwin does not equal real life :P
Lived there for two and half years, trust me, D a r w i n i s n o t t h e r e a l w o r l d ;)

lots of good beer
plenty of places to get away on the weekends
plenty of fishing spots
bloody beautiful...... ;D ;D ;D
footnote:
if there are any victorians or sydney siders reading this, darwin is a horrible place, hot and humid, and like HT said is NOT the real world ;) ;D
