Morning All!
I have a 40 shorty which i've installed a 3B series diesel into... great engine only thing is the air intake is right above the wheel, so whenever im down the back in the mud i run the risk of throwing water and mud into the air box. no fun. wondering what is the best (?) or most cost effective way to go -> normal snorkel up windscreen pillar or donaldson air cleaner with snorkle attachment (saw it on the Tuff Stuff Black 40 in this months 4wdmonthly)
;DThanks, ;D

I am with Darren on this one.
Get a snorkel. That is all you need.
As for donaldson, just turn the ram flow backwards to stop mud. The donaldson is to stop dust, not water or mud.

I heard a bloke on the radio this mornin' describing how his girlfriend had flicked him for someone else. So, he siliconed up her car, filled it with water, added some goldfish through the sunroof and siliconed that shut as well.
I know a bloke who lost his house to the wife, in a custody battle, pulled the ducts off the ducted heating unit under the house and filled them with fish guts........ :o
:) :D ;D I had to laugh at that story on 96.9 Fm Thismorning.
But wouldent all the water drain out of the air-con vents ???

These people are so creative.
I think I need to meet them next time I need a get square moment. ;D ;D ;D
PM me if you need any idea's.... 8)
Prawns safety pinned under the car seat, or the back of the curtains in the house is always a good one...... ;D
Or the story about the cement truck driver who found his wife with some other guy,
lifted the bonnet on his car and filled the engine bay with cement and shut the bonnet again :o
Try and fix that one !!! :)
BTW- I don't belive the silicone and gold fish story !
