Doesn't lift it at all, just better articulation. It works better with longer springs and shocks but. Careful with roadworthiness when doing a 5 link. Especially if you live in queensland, I doubt any insurance company will touch you either.

try driving a 5 link fronted car first... if you get seasick, you may find the lean/handling of such not the best.

Lift isn't enough to stop tyres rubbing at full flex though. Rims with increased offset are required.
