has any of you lot been out to salvator rossa ( centeral qld) I saw a bit of it on a vid with roothy but am chasing some more info, what the 4wheelin is like etc. I have flogged locals and as usual none of them leave their backyard, let clock up 700 kms. Ibelieve that it is pretty spectacular, springs and all. If any one knows details or knows someone whos been there, it would be cool ??? :-\ ??? :-\ cheers chappie

One thing I have found over time is to get info of the obvious. Not the publican - he never leaves the pub.... One good ;source if the local Telstra Technician, they travel most of the country in the 4x4, and most of there gear is located on Hills, needing good offroad skills to get there in the first place.
