Hi
Pretty much none. You can interchange between disco 1 and defenders of similar age and I think earlier rangies, but disco 2 and newer rangies don't interchange. I don't know of any other vehicle that has the same stud pattern that fits.
It does make it a bit more difficult to get rims and sometimes more expensive.
If your refering to an earlier model land rover I wouldn't know sorry. Bu you didn't say what sort of landy you were refering to.

As far as I know, Land Rovers have a unique PCD for their stud pattern. All Land Rovers have the same stud pattern (maybe slightly different off sets) but this is totally unique to Land Rover.

Series one Discos have diffrent stud patterns to series two. But Landrover stud patterns are unique to landrover. There are a number of after market wheels available from the UK but expensive. There is also a wheel manufacturer in Melbourne that can custom make wheels for Landies, pretty much any off set you want and a couple of diffrent styles, as shown on Glen Wrights red Rangie.

The classic type Landys are all pretty unique compared to any other vehicle on the market.
The newer ones (RR P38, disco2, RRS, current RR, Disco3) are all 5x120 which is used by Holden and BMW. The differences though are in the wheel nuts and the centre centralising hub diameters. Interestingly the new Commodore VE??? have upped their wheel studs to M14 which I think is the same as that used on the RR P38, Disco2 and at least Disco3 - not sure about the others, but you will need wheel nuts to suit the rims, and centralising rings to adapt between the hubs and the rims to make them work.
Oh, and also check the rim load rating.
