i guess id better say hi to all seeing i have been hitting the forum for a while now and havent even introduced myself!!
im a young one a t heart and have owend several 4bees from my first at the tender age of 17 she WAS a 1966 series 2a landrover which i got from my dad for a thousand dollard not much but it was more than the guys would give him as a trade in !!
good old bus i broke the back diff on one trip and limped home funny thing was that the rear diff didnt actually let go till i was 10 kms from home i whipped it into 4x4 and drove home then on my 3rd or 4th trip i rolled it and as usal got out the jack lifted the roof back up and drove home ! legend or not but it was a cold trip!
my second was a suzuki sierra fast little thing v6 from a commo had way too much torque not its a retired to the farm duties since the local cops put a defect on it !
silly me sorry officer i thought it was a 4cyl.
now i have a n old but ever so faithfull 40 series shes got a few mods like fat tyres and difflocks with long range fuel and water tanks under the bellie dual battery system and no roothie didnt do it i did and looks tonnes better that milo !
next is the winch but i think it will be the portable type
