My Jeep Wrangler has a pretty poor 60lt tank which is a pain on long trips.
Has anyone fitted a long range tank to their TJ?

Cheers

go to

AUSJEEPOFFROAD.COM (http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com)

do a search for fuel tanks or long range tanks and you'll find heaps of info

but in short, an american company called Genright, does a 90lt (thereabouts) replacement tank, or Long Ranger does a 40 lt or so aux. tank.

you can get both and be over 600km range easy, but be expensive. TJ's are arent really meant to go long distances with heaps of fuel. If you have the cash grab the aux tank, or just get a rear bumper/ tyre carrier that carries jerry cans.

Buckets, I didn't think any of the small tank '96 built TJs got to Oz. What model is it?
