i currently own a 92 model triton and i am looking at lifting the ute as i am plouring up the local bush with my diffs. what would be the most effective way of lifting my triton? cheers
put larger tyres on for a start to gain more diff clearance

yeah tyres are the eaisest way. i dont think they make portal diffs for tritons bummer really id like some :cry:

higher profile tyres is the easiest way to get more diff clearance mate

We bought some ironman torsion bars. When i was ordering them i got the biggest ones they had, and wound them up an inch. They are a bit stiffer, but nicer to drive.
Also got nissan offset rims (15x7) and put 31's on it. You wouldn't fit 33's under it they just wouldn't work.
With the 31's it is brilliant on the beach, but doesn't like to move from stationary with the camper behind, that's what the Patrol is for.
This is on a 1999 model.
