I am looking at buyng a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo thats done 190,000km. I know the owner who has had it since new. I would like to hear if anyone knows of any issues with the V8 as they get older? I can get it for $14K (what was offered on trade) which doesn't seem to be a bad price. Any help appreciated!!!!

Thanks CAL85. Does anyone know how good the fuel economy is? The seller has told me but I wouldn't mind another opinion.

the other issues with grand
front disks
front diffs - bearings
drive shaft seals
plus fuel pumps and o rings as above
economy will depend on lots of stuff
normal driving about 16l per 100k
but if doing long flat driving this can drop considerably - 12l per 100k
hills, city driving and towing can increase fuel consumption considerably
I hope this helps
