I don't get all these new sections on the website. Why not just direct people to the forum and be done with it. By dispersing all these things throughout the website seems to me to be just a clunky way of doing it. having so many sections and choices just deters people IMHO.

why just asking a question. Just seems alot of the latest additions are stuff that could be done in the forums. Just wondering why there has been this shift away from the froums to adding more and more stuff to the website, usually hidden away. The website to me is abit unweildy with so much happening that it is difficult to navigate through

The intension of the Soapbox was not to take anything away from the forums. It was intended this would be the best way to relay news straight from 4WD Monthly to you. I am a big fan of the forum and believe there could not be a substitute for the amount of quality information, views, opinions etc.
I agree that the website can be a little confusing , however you will have noticed that it has toned down recently. Many of the recent additions to the website have been in the form of articles by popular demand from the magazine.
