The offer is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications, 4WD Action, and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to win. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition commences 24 April, 2008. The winner/s will be notified by email via the 4WD Action Newsletter. The prize value for each "BlackRat Safety Recover Kit" is $380. Prize values are approximate and are subject to change after publishing.

One BlackRat recovery kit will be given away every month on the date of the 4WD Action Newsletter delivery. Only one prize per entrant.
